If you purchase a product from ops.dev and you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at hello@ops.dev within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment in full. No long forms, no runaround.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the software and course materials ends.
